Aimed at reducing the time requirements to develop a reviewed and high-fidelity simulation scenario,  Real Nursing Simulations 1.0  consists of 25 complete simulation scenarios. Among other details, each simulation scenario contains learning objectives, patient data, information to run the scenario, debriefing questions and facilitation techniques and instructions for set up of each of the patient simulation mannequin types.  
A for-sale Instructor's Facilitation Guide includes all the information needed to set up and run the scenarios. A student web site (accessed by a for-sale access code) includes many pre and post simulation exercises.
