Your activities as a delegate to WIPO meetings are not forgotten. Certainly, this experience was important for you when you undertook writing a monograph which, to my knowledge, is unique in its kind. () I am sure that your book will be welcomed by many scholars involved with intellectual property in Brazil,  but also, because of the uniqueness of the book, in other countries.  I congratulate you on this admirable accomplishment.
