Brazil, Rhythms and Recipes brings together two important elements that contribute to the formation of the Brazilian cultural identity: music and cuisine. The work brings 52 recipes of traditional Brazilian cuisine, revisited by the French technique of the young chef Morena Leite, who presents us with a multitude of colors, scents and exceptional flavors found in our country. They are entrees, salads, dishes and desserts that go from the baião of two, feijoada, moqueca, to desserts like tapioca pudding, cupuaçu pie, carambolas flambadas with port wine and others. The photographic work of Emiliano Boccato portrays, with rich detail, the diversity and beauty of the national gastronomy.
