The present volume contains the main facts related to Brazilian diplomacy in the first government of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva during the period between January 1st, 2003 and December 31 st, 2006.However, this is not a definitive or complete account of all matters related to Brazilian foreign policy in those years.
