With this question, Pierre de Coubertin, who created one of the most influential international movements in the 20th century, aimed to give new life to the Olympic Games, which had a successful history during the Greek antiquity. In the Olympic Manifesto, written by Coubertin in 1892, when he presented his idea of the re-establishment of the Olympic Games for the first time, the role of innovation and technology for the future and goals of the Olympic Movement was clear: "The telegraph, railways, the telephone, the passionate research in science, congresses and exhibitions have done more for peace than any treaty or diplomatic convention.
